Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They help the site remember your settings between visits.
2. Which cookies this site uses
Essential: NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your interface language (Ukrainian or English), stored for up to 1 year. Without this cookie language switching will not work correctly. Selection wizard steps are stored locally in your browser (sessionStorage) and are not sent to the server until you submit the form.
Analytics: Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) — a behaviour analytics service that helps us see which parts of the site are awkward to use. It records anonymised interactions: pointer movement, clicks, scrolling, device type and approximate city derived from your IP address. Clarity does not collect names, phone numbers or form field contents — input in forms is masked. The script loads only after you press "Accept" in the consent banner; if you choose "Decline" or make no choice, it is not loaded at all. Clarity cookies are stored for up to 1 year. Data is processed on Microsoft servers outside the EU and Ukraine under Microsoft's standard contractual clauses. Marketing cookies are not used.
3. How to manage cookies
You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time: clear this site's data in your browser settings (Privacy → Cookies and site data) — the consent banner will then appear again and you can choose "Decline". You can also opt out of Clarity across all websites via Microsoft's opt-out page. Cookies can additionally be deleted or blocked in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge settings, though blocking essential cookies will affect the language switcher.
