2. What data we collect
Through the site forms we receive the data you provide yourself: name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, task description and attached files. The page from which the form was submitted and the date of the enquiry are also recorded.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to answer your enquiry, prepare a technical and commercial proposal and conclude and perform a contract. The legal basis is your consent given when submitting the form and the need to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
4. Who data is shared with
To run the site and process enquiries we use service providers: hosting and delivery of the site, an e-mail sending service and an enquiry management system (CRM). These providers process data on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
5. Retention period
Enquiry data is stored for three years from the last contact or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. Data required to perform a concluded contract and to meet legal obligations (accounting) is stored for the periods defined by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to know what data of yours we process, to receive a copy, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict processing and to withdraw consent at any time. 7. Data security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to employees who need it to answer your request. Form data is not published and is not stored in publicly accessible locations.
